Join Team Blessons for this month's free training session with Coach Quan. All Team Blessons participants and friends are welcome! We welcome all levels of fitness, all genders and social butterflies! ANYONE CAN JOIN US. Coach Quan is a certified personal trainer who can help you get race ready or help you take your first steps to better physical fitness.

Coach Quan is a certified personal trainer, former college athlete ( football and track) at Carthage College, who has spent 6 years in the fitness industry, has run 3 marathons, is a nationally qualified bodybuilder and a transformation and motivation specialist. Laquane is also running the 2019 Chicago Marathon for Blessons!
Team Blessons is a group of individuals who like to stay fit, have fun and make a difference at the same time through any race, any sports & anywhere.
Our Mission: Blessons for Women provides free mentorship and educational workshops for all women, in addition to scholarships to disadvantaged, low-income women who are 25 years or older and who have had their higher education interrupted due to challenging life lessons such as; cancer, mental illness, physical or emotional abuse, sex trafficking or who are first generation female immigrants.
